The Kurosu-gumi is in an all-out confrontation with the Royal Roads-gumi. Tatsuya Shirakawa, acting head of the Kurosu-gumi, takes this opportunity to move into Roppongi, the Oudokai's stronghold. He sets up an office in the midst of the enemy territory. The difference in the number of forces is 8,000 to 40. The inferiority of the Kurosu-gumi was obvious to everyone, but Hakuryu was confident of victory.
